We have striven to provide high quality professional hosting services while endeavouring to keep our prices low.</p> <p>As you are already aware, CPanel has been included with all our reseller packages till now at no additional cost. In addition, we did not place limits on the number of accounts that a reseller can create. This was due to the fact that cPanel only offered a single license per server. As a result, we did not have to pay extra and we could pass it down to you as a reseller.</p> <p>As you were informed in our previous email, this is no longer going to be the case with the announcement by cPanel of their new pricing model which takes effect 1st September, 2019.</p> <p>With the new pricing model, there is going to be a charge per each cpanel account whether the account is active or not. Taking only the license fee into account, the fees we are charging for the reseller package alone will not be able to cover the cost of licenses considering the fact that we do not limit the number of accounts that can be created per reseller package.</p> <p>We therefore wish to officially inform you that we are discontinuing our current reseller packages. We are introducing new packages that have limits on the number of cpanel accounts that can be created. We are allowing till 25th August, 2019 for you to decide whether you would like to migrate to a new package. Please submit a ticket via your client dashboard to let us know if you wish to be migrated to one of the new packages. We are also investigating other alternative control panels.</p> <p>All active reseller packages that have long subscription periods will be migrated automatically to the closest package that fits the number of cpanel accounts the reseller has. In such cases, the next billing period will attract the new fee associated with the reseller package.
