As you may have heard, cPanel recently announced a new pricing increase. Starting January 1st, 2021, they will be increasing the price of cPanel licenses. These upcoming changes also have a direct impact on all hosting providers, and all cPanel licenses.
Since cPanel now charges separately for cPanel accounts, customers get billed on a monthly basis under a tiered-pricing structure based on the number of cPanel accounts on a server.
As a result, the new price will go into effect from 1st January, 2021 and all cPanel licenses will be updated to reflect the new price. if you have paid for multiple months for cPanel license, A top-up invoice for the difference in the new price will be generated where applicable.
Below is an overview of the new prices for cPanel license types:
cPanel license Admin (5 accounts)
Old price: $15 per month
New price: $18
cPanel license Pro (30 Accounts)
Old price: $23 per month
New price: $25
cPanel Plus Cloud (50 Accounts)
Old price: $33

An unknown issue with cPanel/WHM caused the shared hosting server - virgo to become unreachability for an extended period of time on 22nd October, 2020.
Our technical team have been able to work together with the datacenter engineers to provide a solution to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor all services to ensure that all servers are operating normally.
